Dhaulagiri Circuit Trekking 22 Days

Everest Hiking Treks offers Dhaulagiri Circuit Trekking,The Dhaulagiri Circuit is a rough trek to the west part of the Annapurna Region. It starts from Pokhara and follow the Myagdi Khola to its source at the Chhonbardan Glacier below the world's seventh highest mountain Mt.Dhaulagiri. From Dhaulagiri Base Camp at the foot of the north face, you trek up the side of the glacier and over the French Pass to enter "Hidden Valley". Dhaulagiri Circuit Trekking is a very isolated hanging valley, the crossing of which gives this trek more of an expedition feels. From the Hidden Valley there is a choice to climb the Dhampus Peak. It is 6060 m from sea level? Under normal conditions the standard route follows sensible snow slopes to the summit and can be attempt by those with ice axe and crampon experience. You then make a steep down to Jomsom valley, where you will meet many trekkers who have descended from the Thorong La pass on the Annapurna Circuit Trekking. After that trekking back to Pokhara through the Kaligandaki Valley.

The Dhaulagiri Circle Trekking is similar to the Annapurna Circuit but with a lesser crowd. The trek begins in a forested and terraced hilly area that is predominantly dominated by the Magar community. This trek is to the west of the Annapurnas and starts from Pokhara and follows the Myagdi Khola to its source at the Chhonbardan Glacier just below Dhaulagiri. The trek then goes over the high passes and descends until Marpha, where it meets Annapurna Circuit Trek. Then you will meet the world’s deepest gorge in Kaligandaki and arrive at Tatopani, where you will relax in the natural hot springs. Eventually you will return to Pokhara and wind up our tour.
